The Elder Scrolls: Blades – Bethesda’s new blockbuster RPG
At the E3 2018 event not long ago, the developer Bethesda not only introduced the blockbuster The Elder Scrolls 6 but also announced another version of this brand called The Elder Scrolls: Blades. This will be the first exclusive release for the mobile devices, which is scheduled to be available on Android and iOS in this fall. So before we experience the game The Elder Scrolls: Blades, let’s find out how it is developed and whether it can be successful or not!
The diverse gameplay
In the game, The Elder Scrolls: Blades has the role-playing game with familiar modes such as PvE or PvP. When participating in The Elder Scrolls: Blades, you will have a chance to explore the dungeons created manually and attack the enemies with your flexible fingertips. The game will provide you with three main game modes to choose from: Abyss – roguelike style, Arena – Solo PvP in the Arena, and Town – Explore the plot of the game.
In Town mode, you can explore the story, receive/finish the missions and meet non-player characters (NPCs). However, in the beginning, the town has been ruined, so you have to rebuild and upgrade it. Then you can open more missions with the NPC. Players can also visit the central town of their friends.
Blades’ control mechanism is designed for touchscreen, and the operation is relatively smooth. You can use shields, magic spells, long-range weapons and longitudinal swipe to flip the enemy. The game also allows you to manage individual chests, customize and upgrade characters. In general, most of the current mobile games’ control mechanisms are optimized so that players do not have any difficulty during the game experience.
One of the best strengths of The Elder Scrolls: Blades game that the gamers community rate extremely good is the graphics quality of the game. The Elder Scrolls: Blades developed a crisp 3D graphics engine with the best visual effects technology, something which is not too hard with the Bethesda developer. The game’s graphics are very realistic, with effects such as shadows, sunshine, weather, and so forth.
When it comes to the mobile devices, Bethesda brought The Elder Scrolls: Blades to as many platforms as possible, including PCs. You can also expect a virtual reality version of VR in the future. Currently, the game has not been officially released, we can only wait for The Elder Scrolls: Blades in the future.
